Para sa mapayapa, maayos at ligtas na paggunita sa nalalapit na , narito ang ilan sa gabay na dapat sundin ng mga bibisita sa mga pampublikong sementeryo at kolumbaryo sa ating lungsod:

TINGNAN: Noong Setyembre 23, 2025, malugod na tinanggap ng City Civil Registry Department (CCRD) ng Quezon City ang mga kawani mula sa Local Civil Registry Office ng Cabagan, Isabela sa kanilang Benchmarking Activity.

Layunin ng aktibidad na maibahagi ng QC CCRD ang kanilang mga best practices, partikular na ang QC Birth Registration Online (QC BRO), na nagsisilbing ehemplo ng makabagong inisyatibo tungo sa mas mabilis, maaasahan, at makataong paglilingkod para sa mga mamamayan.

In observance of the 47th National Disability Rights Week, the City Civil Registry Department will provide one (1) free Certified True Copy of civil registry documents to the first fifty (50) PWD clients per day.

This will run from July 17-23, 2025 (weekdays only), 7am – 5pm. See poster below for the complete details.

Re: Online Facebook scammers pretending to be employees of the City Civil Registry Department of Quezon City

This Notice is prompted by an email from a possible victim of online scam, informing this office that a certain Antonio Heron O. Rellama is pretending to be connected with the City Civil Registry Department (CCRD) of Quezon City. The public is informed that Antonio Heron O. Rellama has never been employed or connected with the CCRD-QC and has no authority whatsoever to transact any services, receive money, and act in any way for and on behalf of this office.

The RCBC Diskartech (Account No. 0001 0001 5375 153) and OWN Bank (Account No. 5403 7917 1807 7569) which were used by Antonio Heron O. Rellama in collecting fees from the public, are not official accounts of the CCRD-QC. Our office personnel will never ask clients to process payments online through their personal accounts. All transacting public may pay directly at the City Treasurer’s Office of Quezon City or Online Payment at the QC E-Services website.

The CCRD-QC, an office committed to serve its constituents with efficiency and dedicated to protect and safe keep all its civil registry documents, does not and will not tolerate any illegal activity, especially those that may compromise the integrity of this office or contradict the principles of transparency and good governance.

We are, therefore, encouraging the public to personally course your inquiries and applications concerning your civil registry documents, directly at our office located at Civil Registry Building, Civic Center Bldg. C, QC City Hall Compound, Mayaman Street cor East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

The public is further advised to exercise vigilance and caution in entering into similar fraudulent transactions or illegal activities committed primarily through Facebook, or other online social media applications, sites, and platforms. If you know the identity of the person who is responsible for using and dragging the name of our institution to such online scam or other similar illegal or fraudulent activities, we encourage you to report the same at telephone number 8988-4242 loc. 1515 to 1517 or through our official email address at [email protected], or visit us at our office address stated above. We will assure you that your identity will be kept confidential.

Panalo ang Quezon City Birth Registration Online sa 2024 Galing Pook Awards!

Tinanggap ni Mayor Joy Belmonte at ng City Civil Registry Department (CCRD) ang parangal, sa awarding ceremony na ginanap sa Samsung Hall sa SM Aura.

Ang QC BRO ang digital birth registration system ng lungsod na nagpadali at nagpabilis sa pag-rehistro sa bawat batang ipinapanganak sa mga ospital at lying-in sa QC.

Simula nang magkaroon ng QC BRO noong 2022, lahat ng bagong panganak, nairerehistro agad. Zero na rin ang unregistered birth sa Quezon City.

Finalist naman sa Galing Pook ang QC Human Milk Bank.

Itinatag ng Quezon City Government ang Human Milk Bank noong 2015 para tugunan ang mga pangangailangan ng mga pre-term na sanggol sa gatas ng ina.

Ang QC BRO ay isang digital birth registration system na tumutulong upang marihestro agad ang kapanganakan ng bawat bata sa lungsod.

Ang proyektong QC Human Milk Bank ay nagbibigay naman ng gatas lalo na sa mga pre-term na sanggol.
