Mga Bicolanong kusinero at kusinera ang magtatagisan ng husay sa Walang Gutom Kusinero Cook-Off Challenge Season 2 sa Region V.

Kilalanin ang mga finalists na maghahain ng masustansya, masarap, at abot-kayang mga putahe gamit ang lokal na sangkap mula sa Bicol Region.

Abangan kung sino ang mag-uuwi ng korona bilang susunod na Kusinero o Kusinera Regional Champion ng Region V.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) Tara, Basa Tutoring Program (TBTP), was recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) as a strong partner in promoting quality education and literacy among Filipino children/learners.

Undersecretary Edu Punay of the DSWD’s Innovations and Program Development Group (IPDG), who also serves as the TBTP National Program Director, said the Department wholeheartedly appreciates the award as the recognition will inspire the agency to continue bringing government services and interventions closer to the Filipino people. Kasama si Pau Cornel ng Social Technology Bureau, alamin kung paano maaaring mapasali ang inyong mga furbabies sa Angel Pets Project sa pamamagitan ng initial temperament testing.

Para sa mga interesadong mapabilang ang kanilang mga cute furbabies para sa temperament testing, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa mga regional offices ng DSWD at sa Social Technology Unit. Nakatakda rin ang temperament testing sa Metro Davao sa May 27, 2026.

A graduate of 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 major in General Education in Mindanao State University- Gensan, Monette earned an outstanding rating of 𝟵𝟱.𝟬𝟬%, proving that excellence, dedication, and passion for teaching truly make a difference.

Before this remarkable achievement, Monette also served as a tutor under the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program and was assigned at 𝗗𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 in General Santos City, where she passionately helped young learners improve their reading skills and academic performance.

Pinarangalan at kinilala ang Top 10 winners ng Walang Gutom Awards na nagpakita ng mga makabago at epektibong inisyatibo sa pagsusulong ng food security at community development.

Pinangunahan ni Usec Edu Punay, concurrent National Program Director ng Walang Gutom Program, kasama si Asec Baldr Bringas, ang opening message sa isinagawang Walang Gutom Awards.

Inanunsyo naman ni Usec Pinky Romualdez, bilang kinatawan ni Secretary Rex Gatchalian, ang 2025 Walang Gutom Awardees.

Nagbigay naman ng welcoming message si Acting Chairperson ng Galing Pook Foundation na si Dr. Maria Fe Villamejor-Mendoza.
