Closing of the Union of Bicol Clergy (UBC) 2026

As the Union of Bicol Clergy (UBC) 2026 came to a close, a solemn and meaningful Holy Mass was celebrated at the Bicol Metropolitan Cathedral in honor of Our Lady of Peñafrancia.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Most Rev. Oscar Jaime L. Florencio, D.D., SThD, Military Bishop of the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines, and was attended by priests, including BJMP Chaplains JSSUPT REV FR JUAN B BUBAN, Chief, Chaplaincy Service Office, BJMP, and JSINSP REV FR MARK ANTHONY M FERRER, Post Chaplain, BJMP-NHQ, together with representatives from various Military and Uniformed Services.

Under the loving maternal guidance of Ina, we entrusted to God our duties, our service, and our continuing mission. May we remain steadfast in faith and faithful in our service to God and country.

Viva La Virgen! Viva Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia! 🙏
