[IN PHOTOS] The Legal Education Board (LEB) successfully conducted a Public Consultation on 19 May 2026 on three key regulatory frameworks for Philippine law schools: the proposed PSGs for Accreditation and Levelling, the revised PSGs for the Law Refresher Program, and the revised PSGs for Sanctions and Compliance Measures.

Chairperson Jason R. Barlis opened the activity by laying down the framework and expectations for the discussions. This was followed by messages of support from Commissioner Salex E. Alibogha and Commissioner Manuel R. Barrios, who sent his remarks through a pre-recorded video message.

Law deans, school administrators, faculty members, and student representatives from across the country participated in the session to review the drafts and share their insights. The activity concluded with closing remarks from Mr. Rodrigo C. Sagum, Chief Education Program Specialist of the Standards Development and Regulatory Division.

The LEB thanks all legal education stakeholders for their time and inputs. This collaborative process ensures our policies remain relevant, effective, and responsive to the needs of our law schools.
