The Quezon City Hall Precinct (QCHP) personnel provided area security and police visibility during the courtesy visit of PBGEN CHRISTOPHER N ABRAHANO, Officer-in-Charge of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), to Quezo City Mayor Ma. Josefina “Joy” G. Belmonte on October 6, 2026 at the Office of the Mayor, Highrise Building, Quezon City Hall Compound.

PBGEN ABRAHANO was accompanied by PBGEN CHRISTOPHER F OLAZO, the Acting District Director of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) along with his Command Group.

Also present during the visit were PLTCOL ALJUN B BELISTA, Kamuning Police Station 10 Commander and PMAJ ROHAINA I ASALAN, Quezon City Hall Precinct Commander.

The visit underscored the continuing partnership and close coordination between local government and law enforcement leadership in advancing peace, security, and effective public service in Quezon City.

Pinangunahan ang seremonya nina Mayor Ma. Josefina “Joy” Belmonte at Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, City Councilors at Department Heads katuwang ang mga kawani ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Quezon.

Nakiisa rin ang mga tauhan ng Quezon City Hall Precinct sa pangunguna ni PMAJ ROHAINA I ASALAN, kasama sina PCPT JOHN MARK DELA CRUZ, PLT KHENJIE ESTEBAN RODRIQUEZ at PLT JEFFERSON BAUTISTA.
Nagbigay din ng seguridad ang QCHP personnel upang matiyak ang kaayusan ng programa.

Pinangunahan ng Quezon City Hall Precinct (QCHP), sa pamumuno ni PMAJ ROHAINA I. ASALAN, ang “Pulisteniks” na tampok ang masiglang Zumba session. Sa pamamagitan ng gawaing ito, napapalakas hindi lamang ang pisikal na kalusugan ng mga personnel.

Ipinapakita rin nito na mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng malusog na pangangatawan at malinaw na isipan upang mas maging handa, disiplinado, at epektibo ang bawat isa sa pagtupad ng tungkulin para sa komunidad.

Look: At about 7:30 AM on September 28, 2026, QCPD Director PBGEN CHRISTOPHER F OLAZO, joined officials of the Quezon City Local Government Unit during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Flagpole Risen Garden, Quezon City.

The ceremony was led by Vice Mayor Gian Sotto and attended by District 3 Coun. Jose Mario Don De Leon and fellow City Councilors, City Officials, Department Heads, PCOL JOEL VILLANUEVA, DDDA, PCOL MARLON QUIMNO, DDO, and Station Commanders of PS 1-16.

To ensure the safety and orderly conduct of the activity, personnel of the Quezon City Hall Precinct (QCHP) headed by PMAJ ROHAINA I ASALAN provided security coverage throughout the event.

The Quezon City Public Affairs and Information Services Department (QC PAISD), in partnership with the Philippine Children’s Ministries Network (PCMN), spearheaded the “Child-Sensitive Reporting: A Forum on Child-Sensitive Reporting” held at M.I.C.E. Center, QC Hall
Compound on September 24, 2026.

The forum aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of children’s rights, legal and ethical reporting standards, and responsible information disclosure involving children, promoting more accurate, sensitive, and child-centered reporting practices.

The activity featured speakers from various fields, including PAISD Head Engelbert Apostol, Journalist Jacque Manabat, Atty. Obed Dela Cruz, Anchor Ryan Lao, Ela De Leon-Homillano, and Tina Jurado of PCMN, who shared their knowledge and insights on child-sensitive reporting.

In support of the activity, personnel of the Quezon City Hall Precinct (QCHP), under the leadership of PMAJ ROHAINA I ASALAN, provided security assistance and police visibility throughout the event to ensure the safety of all particpants and orderly conduct of the forum.

Quezon City Hall Precinct Commander PMAJ ROHAINA I ASALAN, together with PCPT JOHN MARK DELA CRUZ, PLT KHENJIE ESTEBAN RODRIGUEZ, and PLT JEFFERSON BAUTISTA, spearheaded the conduct of the Monthly Accounting of Personnel held at the Risen Garden, Quezon City Hall Compound, at 5:00 PM, on September 23, 2026.

The activity was conducted in support of the Philippine National Police's implementation of Oplan "Disiplina," which aims to strengthen discipline, accountability, and organizational efficiency among PNP personnel. It also serves to ensure that records pertaining to the status, whereabouts, availability, and deployment of personnel remain accurate and up to date.

During the accounting, the attendance and accountability of all QCHP personnel were thoroughly verified to ensure their presence and readiness for duty. The activity likewise reinforced adherence to organizational standards and emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline, professionalism, and operational preparedness among all personnel.
