OTAG TR Monthly Programs Review for May CY 2025
The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) conducted the Monthly Programs Review for May CY 2025 presided by LTC FRANCIS JAN S ANDRADE MAC, Action Officer, last 17 June 2025 at the OTAG Lounge.
The monthly programs review activity presented and discussed the following agenda: Division’s Scoreboard for the month of May 2025; Monthly Strategic Initiative Progress Report – AFPTR Form I May 2025; and, issues and concerns. Overall, OTAG is on track with the accomplishments of its project and activities for CY 2025.

OTAG TR 1st Quarterly Strategy Review CY 2025
The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) Transformation Roadmap (TR) conducted the 1st Quarterly Strategy Review CY 2025 on 22 May 2025 at the OTAG Conference Room. This is part of the alignment mechanisms in the AFPTRIP, specifically in the alignment of resources wherein the monitoring, reporting, and evaluating process is established to properly implement the OTAG Scorecard through the rate of accomplishing initiatives and targets, leading to the attainment of the strategic objectives.
During the programs review, LTC FRANSCIS JAN S ANDRADE MAC, Action Officer presented the following to CAPT RAMILO B TRINIDAD PN(GSC), the OTAG TR Program Director and to the members of the Technical Working Group (TWG): OTAG TR Scorecard CY 2024-2026 with the latest comments/recommendations of The Office for Strategic Studies and Strategy Management (OSSSM); Quarterly Scorecard Performance Evaluation Report (AFPTR Form C) – 1st Quarter CY 2025; and, OTAG Scorecard-APB Correlation Matrix FY 2025.

OTAG TR Regular Meeting
The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) Transformation Roadmap (TR) conducted the OTAG TR Regular Meeting presided by LTC FRANCIS JAN S ANDRADE MAC, Action Officer, last 20 May 2025 at the OTAG Lounge.
During the meeting, LTC ANDRADE discussed the following: OTAG TR Scorecard CY 2024-2026 – with the latest comments/recommendations from the Office for Strategic Studies and Strategy Management; Quarterly Scorecard Performance Evaluation Report – AFPTRIP Form C for 1st Quarter CY 2025; and OTAG Scorecard-APB Correlation Matrix FY 2025.
Overall, OTAG is on track with the accomplishments of its project and activities for CY 2025.

OTAG TR STAR Awarding Ceremony for 2nd Semester CY 2024
The OTAG conducted the 1st Semester Socials and Fellowship Night CY 2025 last 16 May 2025 at NLNC and Wallace Air Station Poro Point, San Fernando, La Union. One of the highlights of the said event is the OTAG TR STAR Awarding Ceremony for 2nd Semester CY 2024 for Civilian & Semi-Annual Best Division Categories. The purpose of this activity is to recognize the dedication and efforts of its personnel in achieving their professional and personal targets of the personal scorecard.
The following are the declared awardees of OTAG TR STAR Awards for 2nd Semester CY 2024 for Civilian Human Resource Category: rank 1, Ms. Daisy M. Laurenciano Civ HR, APSD; rank 2, Mr. Tomas Ryan L. Laxamana Civ HR, TPMD; and rank 3, Ms. Ma Shirley N. Bautista Civ HR, AFPRD. While the TAS Personnel Management Division was declared as the OTAG TR Semi-Annual Best Division Awardee.
BGEN BERNARDO R FORTEZ JR PA, The Adjutant General, AFP, assisted by CAPT RAMILO B TRINIDAD PN (GSC), Assistant The Adjutant General and OTAG TR Program Director, presented Certificates of Recognition, personalized mugs, four (4) days incentive leaves, and a Letter of Commendation for the awardees.

1st Quarter AFPTRIP Cascading CY 2025
The Office for Strategic Studies and Strategy Management (OSSSM) conducted the 1st Quarter AFPTRIP Cascading on 24 April 2025 at CEISSAFP Social Hall, CGEA, Quezon City. The objectives of the said activity are focused on the following: to disseminate the concept, policies, and procedures of the AFPTRIP Recertification Series of 2025; to give the AFPTR key personnel a refresher on properly accomplishing the AFPTRIP Forms; and to develop a risk-awareness culture in the AFP by understanding and actively managing potential risks in order to attain the Unit/Office Scorecard strategic objectives.
The following topics were discussed in the said cascading activity: Overview by Ms. May Magno Civ HR, SMD, OSSSM; AFPTRIP Strategy Management Lecture by Ms. Lady Mher Ricasio Civ HR, SMD, OSSSM; AFPTRIP Briefing by Ms. Laura F. Nisperos Civ HR, SMD, OSSSM; and, Strategic Risk Management (SRM) Lecture Part I by CAPT JAMES S RAMON JR PN(MNSA), Chief, Policy Studies Division, OSSSM.
For the afternoon program, an SRM Lecture – Workshop was conducted were the participants were grouped and presented their output.

The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) conducted the Monthly Programs Review for March CY 2025 presided by LTC FRANCIS JAN S ANDRADE MAC, Action Officer, last 22 April 2025 at the OTAG Conference Room.
The monthly programs review activity presented and discussed the following agenda: Division’s Strategic Initiative Management Plan – AFPTR Form G CY 2025; and, Division’s Monthly Strategic Initiative Progress Report – AFPTR Form I for the month of January, February, and March CY 2025. The OTAG TR Strategy Map and Scorecard CY 2024-2026, and OTAG, AFP-APB FY 2025 was also presented as basis in formulating and filling up the said AFPTR Forms.

OTAG TR Monthly Programs Review for February CY 2025
The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) conducted the Monthly Programs Review for February CY 2025 presided by CDR ARIEL D CONSTANTINO PN, Action Officer, last 28 March 2025 at the OTAG Lounge.
The monthly programs review activity presented and discussed the following agenda; process of filling up the AFPTR Form G & I based on the OTAG AFP-APB FY 2025, OTAG TR Scorecard CY 2025, and AFPTRIP Trainer’s Training by the Office for Strategic Studies and Strategy Management. The Secretariat reminded the division custodians to follow the proper procedures and guidelines in filling out of the said AFPTR Forms to avoid future delays and backlogs for month of January, February, and March that is crucial for the data that is needed for the formation of Quarterly Scorecard Performance Evaluation Report (AFPTR Form C) to be presented to the OTAG TR TWG Members during the 1st Quarterly Strategy Review CY 2025.

OTAG TR TI & E Lecture
The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) Transformation Roadmap (TR) Team conducted the lecture on Executive Evaluation Process, Performance Evaluation Report, and Scorecard-APB Correlation initiated by CDR ARIEL D CONSTANTINO PN, Action Officer on 24 March 2025 at the OTAG Conference Room.
CDR CONSTANTINO discussed the following topics: Ex*****on Evaluation Process; Performance Evaluation Reports with the filling of the Monthly Strategic Initiative Progress Report (AFPTR Form I); and, Quarterly Scorecard Performance Evaluation Report (AFPTR Form C).

OTAG TR STAR Award 2nd Semester CY 2024 Deliberation
The Office of The Adjutant General (OTAG) conducted the OTAG TR STAR Award for 2nd Semester CY 2024. The board deliberated the candidates headed by CAPT RAMILO P TRINIDAD PN (GSC), Program Director, together with the Action Officer and PMT Leaders last 10 March 2024 at the OTAG Conference Room.
The objective of this board is to deliberate, acknowledge, and recognized the OTAG Civilian Human Resources Personnel for their determination to reach the goals of their personal scorecard that shows their commitment for transformation and contribution to the overall efforts of the OTAG to achieve its strategic objectives and breakthrough goals.
