3. Process application of PNP personnel and their qualified dependents in availing scholarships, educational and financial assistance, and other benefits.
4. Process benefit claims for personnel who were killed in police operations and wounded in police operations and monitor the status claims of legal beneficiaries.
5. Provide secretariat services for committees related to morale and welfare of PNP personnel.
6. Endorse requests of KIPO beneficiaries in availing PNP Housing Programs in coordination with the PNP Engineering Service and maintain records thereof.
7. Act as the office primary responsible (OPR) on the conduct of Salamat Kapatid Program.
8. Facilitate the awarding of PNP personnel with significant accomplishments and PNP personnel with good deeds.
9. Perform other tasks as directed by Director, DPRM.
