On June 17, 2025, NHA Region IV Regional Manager, Mr. Roderick T. Ibañez, EnP, CESE, along with OIC of MIMAROPA District Office, Engr Maximo R Cabasal and the technical team of the District Office, conducted site inspection at Coron Heights and Coron Residences in Brgy. San Nicolas, Coron Palawan. This is in preparation for the target turn-over of the housing units this 3rd Quarter of 2025 to families affected by Typhoon Yolanda in the Municipality of Coron Palawan.

The National Housing Authority, under the leadership of General Manager Joeben A. Tai, through the NHA Region IV Office headed by its Regional Manager, Mr. Roderick T. Ibañez, EnP, CESE, and the MIMAROPA District Office headed by Engr. Maximo R. Cabasal, OIC-District Manager, participated in the 2nd Quarter Regional Human Settlements and Urban Development Coordinating Committee (RHSUDCC) meeting held at Coron Soleil Garden Resort in Coron, Palawan on 16 June 2025. The meeting was presided over by DHSUD MIMAROPA OIC-Regional Director Benleo T. Jarangue and attended by key shelter agencies within the MIMAROPA Region to promote harmonious collaboration in delivering shelter services and providing affordable, adequate housing for all, with a focus on sustainable urban development and environmental protection in the region.

On 17 June 2025, Mr. Ibañez and Engr. Cabasal also facilitated the release of financial assistance under the Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) to 73 families affected by Typhoon Paeng in the municipalities of Coron and Culion, Palawan. This activity was conducted in conjunction with the 2025 2nd Quarter RHSUDCC meeting, together with the key shelter agencies in the MIMAROPA Region.

The officials and employees of the National Housing Authority–Region IV Office, including its District Offices in Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Batangas/Quezon, and MIMAROPA, exhibited grace and patriotism in their ASEAN-inspired attire during the flag-raising ceremony held today, May 5, 2025.

This activity supports the implementation of the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2024, also known as the Revised Dress Code for Government Workers.

The National Housing Authority, under the leadership of General Manager Joeben A. Tai, through the Region IV Office headed by its Regional Manager, Mr. Roderick T. Ibañez, EnP, CESE, and the MIMAROPA District Office headed by Engr. Maximo R. Cabasal, OIC-District Manager, led the cash distribution to 108 qualified families affected by Typhoon Paeng in the Province of Romblon.

Through the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC), the NHA has granted/approved the Emergency Housing Assistance Program for families with totally damaged houses to receive Php 10,000.00 and families with partially damaged houses to receive Php 5,000.00.

The event was also attended by San Andres Mayor, Honorable Arsenio G. Gadon, Representatives of Romblon Congressman, Hon. Eleandro Jesus Madrona and Romblon Government, Hon. Jose R. Riano in the person of Mr. Rollie Lachica and Mr. Jose Rizal Reyes, Representative of MSWDO San Andres, Ms. Clyde Alexander S. G**o.

The National Housing Authority, under the leadership of General Manager Joeben A. Tai, through the Region IV Office headed by its Regional Manager, Mr. Roderick T. Ibañez, EnP, CESE, and the MIMAROPA District Office headed by Engr. Maximo R. Cabasal, OIC-District Manager, led the cash distribution to 2,588 qualified families affected by Typhoon Paeng in the Province of Marinduque.

Through the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC), the NHA has granted/approved the Emergency Housing Assistance Program for families with totally damaged houses to receive Php 10,000.00 and families with partially damaged houses to receive Php 5,000.00.

The event was graced by the Honorable Governor of Marinduque, Presbitero J. Velasco, Vice Governor Adeline Angeles, Municipal Mayor of Boac,Armi Carrion, Representative from the Office of Civil Defense Mr. Anthony Zoleta, Board member Antonio Mangcucang from the Province of Marinduque and some LGU members from the office of MSWDO.

The National Housing Authority, under the leadership of General Manager Joeben A. Tai, through the Region IV Office headed by its Regional Manager, Mr. Roderick T. Ibañez, EnP, CESE, and the Batangas/Quezon District Office headed by Romeo A. Mediavillo, Jr., OIC-District Manager, led the cash distribution to 209 qualified families affected by Typhoon Paeng in the City of Tanauan, Batangas.

Through the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), the NHA has approved the Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) for families with totally damaged houses, granting them Php 10,000.00, while families with partially damaged houses received Php 5,000.00.

The event was also attended by Honorable Nelson P. Collantes, City Mayor of Tanauan, Batangas, Honorable Ma. Theresa V. Collantes, Congresswoman of the 3rd District of Batangas Province, as well as representatives from the Office of Civil Defense-Calabarzon, Marigrace Merin and Earl Jeremy Uy, the PDRRMO-Batangas, Dr. Amor Panuelos-Calayan, LGU-Tanauan staff, and NHA Batangas/Quezon staff.

The National Housing Authority, under the leadership of General Manager Joeben A. Tai, through the Region IV Office headed by its Regional Manager, Mr. Roderick T. Ibañez, EnP, CESE, and the Laguna District Office headed by Romeo A. Mediavillo, Jr., OIC-District Manager, led the cash distribution to 58 qualified families affected by fire in the City of Tanauan, Batangas.

Through the Office of Senator Christopher Lawrence "B**g" Go, the NHA has approved the Emergency Housing Assistance Program, granting PhP 20,000.00 each to families with totally damaged houses.

The event was also attended by Mr. Billy Tojong and Mr. Kennix Victorino from the Office of Senator B**g Go, Honorable Nelson P. Collantes, City Mayor, Tanauan, Batangas and Staff of LGU-Tanauan.
