The GSMO, 51EBde, PA facilitated the conduct of Scoreboard and Dashboard for the month of April CY 2024 last 08 1330 May 2024 in the Brigade Conference attended by the ATR NCOs of the Brigade offices. The attendees presented their SBDB according to their Office Breakthrough Goals in each section of their offices. It discussed also the essential of utilizing SBDB since it serve as a monitoring tool of their activities.

The GSMO, 51EBde, PA facilitated the conduct of Programs Review for the month of April CY 2024 last 08 0830 May 2024 at Brigade Officer's Clubhouse headed by COL DIOMEDES P BALINO GSC (CE) PA. The said activity was attended by the ATR NCOs in which they presented the status of their activities as well as their catch-up plan for the not deliverable activities scheduled for the month of April.

The GSMO, 51EBde, PA facilitated the conduct of Programs Review for the month of August on 30 August 2023 at the Brigade Officer's Clubhouse. Present during the activity were the members of the 51E SMC and their ATR NCOs from which they discussed the status of milestones and deliverables of the Strategic Programs and evaluated the effectiveness of the Performance Scorecard.

GSMO, 51EBde, PA headed by Chief, GSMO COL DIOMEDES P BALINO GSC (CE) PA conducted a Pre-Audit to 564ECB, 51EBde, PA on their application to be Recertified to the AGP Institutionalize Stage. The 564ECB led by their Commanding Officer LTC GEORGE B DELOS ANGELES GSC (CE) PA presented their BTR and documentary requirements based on AGP 2022.

The GSMO, 51EBde, PA facilitated the conduct of "Info Session on Organizational Quality Standards" with Dr. Narro R. Navarro, Pres. of the Philippine Society for Quality, Inc. on 18 August 2023 held at Brigade Conference Room, as an initiative by Mr Jel R Jiongco, Chair, Strategic Communication Committee, 51E MSAB.
