The Department of the Interior and Local Government–Office of Project Development Services (DILG–OPDS), through the DILG MIMAROPA Region Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), successfully conducted the 4th Quarter Project Implementation Program on December 2–5, 2025 at The Tribute Hotel in Quezon City.
The event gathered all DILG Regional Directors along with their respective PDMU chiefs and engineers from across the country. The annual program serves as a platform for assessing project implementation performance, sharing updates, and aligning strategic directions for the coming year.
Key discussions centered on the MEALGU physical accomplishments, calibration of the DILG’s strategic plan, and the gains in project management, monitoring, and evaluation. The activity also tackled financial performance updates and provided administrative guidance for fiscal year 2025 to ensure effective delivery of local infrastructure and development initiatives.
The dialogue ended with closing remarks from OPDS Director IV Alfonso A. Maralli, Jr., CESO IV, who expressed his gratitude to all participants and functionaries. He commended the collective efforts of the regional offices and emphasizes the importance of continued collaboration in strengthening local governance and project implementation nationwide.
