Field Programs Coordination and Monitoring Division (FPCMD) of the Department of Agriculture - Field Operations Service conducts field visits of programs/projects implemented at the regional, provincial and municipal levels whenever necessary, and ensures that DA programs/projects are implemented in accordance with the formulated operational plans and guidelines.
