The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) extends warm greetings to our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebration of Eid’l Adha. May this occasion of sacrifice and faith inspire charity, compassion, and peace in our communities.

In line with Proclamation No. 1264, HSAC Central Office and Regional Adjudication Branches will be closed on 27 May 2026 (Wednesday). Regular operations will resume on 28 May 2026 (Thursday).

According to Section 55, Rule 11, 2025 Revised Rules of Procedure, holding of mandatory conference, including mediation, shall be terminated within 60 calendar days from the date of the initial conference.

There is no provision in the current Rules that allows for an indefinite extension by agreement of the parties.
