As the global energy crisis continues to impact economies worldwide, the Consulate of Guyana in the Philippines underscores a clear and immediate opportunity to strengthen energy cooperation between Guyana and the Philippines.
With its rapidly expanding oil sector, Guyana—through its high-quality Liza Crude—stands ready to provide a reliable and competitively priced supply for countries seeking to diversify energy sources and secure long-term stability.
At a time of sustained volatility in global fuel markets, deeper engagement with Guyana offers a practical and strategic pathway to stabilize supply and ease pressures on the Philippine economy. Advancing cooperation in this sector is not only timely—it is essential to building resilient, mutually beneficial partnerships between the two nations.
