Any learner who intends to run or be appointed for a certain position in the Learner Government shall have the following qualifications:

1.1 Must be a bona fide learner of the current school year;
1.2 Must have good moral character; and
1.3 Must have no failing grade on the previous semester/grading.

[Kabataang QC na Maipagmamalaki Summit 2025!]

BHS-SSLG Executive President Nicka Ella Oris, together with BHS-SSLG Adviser Queenny Guzman and other SSLG and SELG presidents and teacher-advisers, attended the meaningful Kabataang QC na Maipagmamalaki Summit 2025 last December 16 at P. Bernardo Elementary School.

With the theme “Media Literacy: Understanding and Preventing Cyberbullying,” the summit highlighted the importance of safe and responsible social media use and marked the launch of Q-Chikabataan, an SDO–QC initiative that empowers the youth to navigate online platforms responsibly.

[PCMN Youth for Safety: Children’s Month 🌼🧸]

BHS-SSLG Executive President Nicka Ella Oris attended the PCMN (Philippine Children’s Ministries Network) Youth for Safety (Y4S) event last December 10 at Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) High School. The event is an advocacy campaign that empowers youth advocates to promote child protection and safety.

This initiative aims to support sustainable development and empower the youth to be more aware of the prevention of online sexual abuse through engaging activities that uphold and nurture the safety and rights of every young individual.

The BHS Year-End Party 2025, held last December 16, 2025, was filled with smiles, celebrations, and well-deserved recognition. It was a day of fun, appreciation, and togetherness—honoring achievements, sharing laughter, and ending the year on a high note with the BHS family.

From joyful performances to heartfelt moments, the celebration truly captured the spirit of a Filipino Christmas. This meaningful event was made even more special through the partnership and support of the ESP and GAD Clubs, whose collaboration helped bring the festive spirit to life. A perfect reminder that at BHS, the year always ends with gratitude, unity, and festive cheer. 🎉🎁

[ ICYMI: 7th STATE OF THE CITY’S CHILDREN REPORT 🩵🧸 ]

Matagumpay na nakiisa si BHS-SSLG President Nicka Ella Oris sa 7th State of the City’s Children Report na pinangunahan ni Mayor Josefina “Joy” Belmonte noong Nobyembre 27 sa Quezon City Science High School, bilang bahagi ng paggunita sa National Children’s Month.

Tinalakay sa programa kung paano pinoprotektahan ng lungsod ang mga bata laban sa Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) at Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM), pati na rin kung paano sinusuportahan ang kanilang kalusugan, edukasyon, kaligtasan, at nutrisyon.
