Almost ready for our next week’s series of outreach program for “Batang May Laban” Outreach Program for School Children.

The Bridging Leaders for Sustainable Development Inc. organized together with BALAI Incorporated, the Barangay Council and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Pamarawan, organized the "11th Batang May Laban" an outreach program for School Children to distribute over 100 Hot meals and 100 school supplies to less privilege school children in the island barangay.

For more than 1 year now, we distributed more than 1,000 school supplies kits for children and more than 1,000 hot meals under the "Batang May Laban" Outreach program.

As a priority project of our office, we wanted to send a strong message of solidarity to the education sector, that their education must be a priority, and that those who have less in life must have more of our help and assistance. Im also deeply elated by the solidarity of our officers and volunteers who share their resources, talents, skills and time to make this project a reality.

As inspired by the words of US President Joe Biden "We lead not by the example of our power but by the power of our example" I keep on reminding them to become good role model for our society and our communities, to champion good causes that will benefit our people, and to inspire the next generations to serve.

I also took the opportunity to send a clear message, that we are here to stay, that we will strive to fulfill our duty, the purposes of which we are dedicated and to hold true to the values and aspirations of our founders of being MAKA-DIYOS, MAKA-TAO, MAKA-KALIKASAN & MAKA-BAYAN. Cheers to another 16 years of DEDICATION, DUTY & SERVICE.
