QUEZON CITY – Personnel of the 11th Civil-Military Operations Battalion (11CMOBn), Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), Philippine Army (PA), participated in the simultaneous renewal of the Pledge of Allegiance to the AFP Code of Conduct in observance of the 36th AFP Code of Conduct Day at the 11CMOBn Headquarters, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

The activity reaffirmed the unit’s commitment to uphold the principles and values of the AFP Code of Conduct. The observance emphasized the importance of discipline, integrity, accountability, and professionalism in the performance of military duties.

The activity further strengthened the battalion’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and military service, guided by the core values of honor, duty, and patriotism, in fulfilling its mission of serving the Filipino people and supporting the objectives of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

11CMOBn, NCRCOM Join Forces with Manila Stakeholders for a Safer City

MANILA CITY – The 11th Civil-Military Operations Battalion (11CMOBn), Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), Philippine Army, together with the Office of the U7 of the National Capital Region Command (NCRCOM), Armed Forces of the Philippines, took part in the 3rd Quarter Joint Meeting of the Manila Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Manila Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) at the Manila City Hall on September 30, 2026.

The meeting brought together government agencies, law enforcement, and community stakeholders to address peace, order, and public safety concerns affecting Manila residents. NCRCOM representatives presented updates on the AFP's continuing efforts against insurgency and violent extremism. They stressed that close coordination among agencies and active community involvement are key to lasting security.

The council also reviewed joint initiatives on peace and order, anti-drug campaigns, and coordinated measures to protect communities. These efforts are aimed at keeping Manila peaceful, secure, and resilient.The joint meeting showed how much a whole-of-government, whole-of-society approach matters. Working alongside local government units and partner stakeholders, NCRCOM and 11CMOBn reaffirmed their commitment to supporting peace, security, and public safety in the capital. The partnerships built today will shape a safer and more peaceful Manila for generations to come.

11CMOBn STRENGTHENS PROPERTY ACCOUNTABILITY THROUGH ANNUAL INVENTORY

QUEZON CITY - The 14th Financial and Property Accountability Office (14FPAO), Philippine Army Office (PAO), Philippine Army (PA), together with G4, CMOR, PA, conducted the Annual Physical Inventory (API) at Headquarters 11th Civil-Military Operations Battalion (11CMOBn), Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City. The activity centers on ensuring the proper accounting, documentation, and safeguarding of government properties and equipment.

Furthermore, the activity focused on the inspection and validation of properties and equipment under the unit’s custody. It also provided an opportunity to examine the condition of the items, reconcile property records with the actual inventory, and identify equipment requiring appropriate action in accordance with existing property management procedures.

As a result, the API to this unit was successfully completed, reinforcing the 11CMOBn’s commitment to responsible stewardship, accurate property management, and the proper safeguarding of government resources. The activity further strengthened the accountability of properties and equipment to be remained properly documented and secured in support of the unit’s mission and the Philippine Army’s standards.

11CMOBn Takes Part in Mandaluyong Peace and Order Council Meeting

MANDALUYONG CITY — The National Capital Region Command (NCRCOM), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), represented by Lt. Col. Arniel C. Tormis, U7, participated in the Mandaluyong City Peace and Order Council (MCPOC) 3rd Quarter Regular Meeting together with the 11th Civil-Military Operations Battalion (11CMOBn), Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), Philippine Army (PA), led by Lt. Col. Deodelyn A. Blas, Commanding Officer, held at the Mandaluyong City's Sangguniang Panglungsod Session Hall on 29 September 2026.

During the meeting, Lt. Col. Tormis provided updates on NCRCOM-AFP efforts in addressing insurgency and preventing violent extremism, emphasizing sustained inter-agency coordination, community engagement, and collaborative initiatives in addressing security concerns. Local government officials, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders likewise he also discussed the current peace and order situation, ongoing programs, and recommendations to further strengthen coordination in addressing community concerns and emerging challenges.

The participation of NCRCOM as the lead unit, together with the 11CMOBn, underscored the AFP’s continued support to local government efforts in promoting peace, security, and community development. Through active participation in inter-agency engagements, NCRCOM and its participating units continue to strengthen partnerships with local stakeholders toward a safe, peaceful, orderly, and resilient Mandaluyong City.
