𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐨 𝐛𝐚 𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐍𝐒 𝐬𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞? 🍊

Yes, you heard it right! Kahit si Sharmaine, may standards syaaa! 😌

According to PNS/BAFS 239:2018, sweet oranges, 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴 (𝘓.) Osbeck, such as Washington Navel and Hamlin varieties, must be harvested at the proper stage of development and ripeness to ensure quality and good condition during transport and handling.

In the Philippines, locally adapted citrus, such as Satsuma and Dalandan, may appear green even when mature due to natural characteristics or environmental conditions.

More than just a kitchen staple, luya brings flavor, nutrition, and quality goodness in every slice! 🫚

According to the PNS, fresh ginger should be clean, firm, mature, and free from damage — because quality matters from farm to table. 💚
