Global Recycling Day : What is it about?

Today marks the 2nd year of celebrating of the Global Recycling day. It recognizes the importance and urgent need for recycling around the world to preserve its primary natural resources. It is a day wherein we should all come together and put the interest of the planet first. The Global Recycling Foundation, formed last October, aims to drive awareness about recycling and unite the world’s approach towards recycling to ensure the future of our planet.

We would like to congratulate all the new Chemical Engineers of the country.

The University of the Philippines Diliman was hailed as the top performing school with a 96.10 % passing rate. The department also managed to secure 5 spots in the Top 10.

We would also like to congratulate the five alumni of the department that topped the boards.

Peter Nicholas Onglao - Top 1 84.40%
Ernest Delmo - Top 3 83.20%
Sidny Aaron Pena - Top 5 83.00%
Marc Alec Yau - Top 7 82.50%
Rans Miguel Lintag - Top 10 81.80%
