𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲

The Civil Service Commission and the University of the Philippines renew their partnership to provide scholarship grants to Gawad Lingkod Bayani national awardees from 2025 to 2030.

Through this initiative, awardees of the Gawad Lingkod Bayan ng Pangulo, Gawad Dangal ng Bayan, and Gawad Pagasa—or their qualified beneficiaries—may pursue graduate studies in any UP constituent university.

This renewed partnership honors exemplary public servants and further strengthens public service grounded in Puso, Dangal, at Galing.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

The CSC is partnering with DAP and PASUC to expand access to scholarships, postgraduate education, and training opportunities for Gawad Lingkod Bayani awardees and Pamanang Lingkod Bayani beneficiaries.

Through these new partnerships, the CSC continues to recognize government workers who embody puso, dangal, at galing in public service — while extending meaningful support to their families.

The Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI) invites HRMOs, supply officers, and personnel involved in uniform procurement to attend the webinar on the Implementation of the Philippine Tropical Fabrics (PTF) Law.

The webinar aims to provide guidance on compliance with Republic Act No. 9242, as amended, including proper procurement of Philippine Tropical Fabrics for government uniforms and the promotion of locally produced textiles.

✔️ Starting 18 May 2026, both passers and non-passers may generate their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS).

📄 Passers may request a FREE Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead by 11 June 2026.

🔒 A Certificate of Eligibility printed on security paper is also available upon request, subject to the corresponding fee.

📬 Please be advised that Reports of Rating will NOT be mailed to individual examinees.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) have strengthened their partnership to bring public sector job opportunities closer to jobseekers nationwide.

Through this collaboration, aspiring public servants can connect with government agencies, access pre-employment services, and receive guidance on civil service eligibility, training programs, and available vacancies—all in one venue.

The Memorandum of Agreement was signed on 1 May 2026 at the KCC Convention and Events Center, KCC Mall of Gensan in General Santos City, in line with the nationwide 124th Labor Day Job Fair.

This partnership opens more pathways for Filipinos who are ready to serve with puso, dangal, at galing para sa bayan.
