๐ June is Philippine Environment Month! โจ๐ฟ
Join us this June as we dedicate the month to the environment through three key celebrations:
๐ฆ
Philippine Eagle Week (June 4โ10)
๐ฑ World Environment Day (June 5)
๐ณ Philippine Arbor Day (June 25)
Each event highlights the urgent need for conservation, sustainability, and collective action. ๐ช
This yearโs World Environment Day ๐ฑ theme, , calls us to listen to our planet's signals and act decisively against climate change. Meanwhile, the Philippine Eagle Week ๐ฆ
theme, โLahat Kasali, Lahat May Papel: SamaโSama Para sa Philippine Eagle,โ reminds us that inclusivity is the core of conservation. Regardless of age, background, sector, or community, everyone has a role to play in protecting the Philippine Eagle and the forests it calls home. ๐ณ
๐ณ Arbor Day reminds us that each tree is a treasure that deserves to be cherished, safeguarded and mindfully planted. By choosing to plant only native and endemic species, we strengthen local ecosystems, and provide better care for the environment. ๐ฑโจ
