The Aquino administration's two-day lovefest with Obama, Xi, Putin, Abe, etc. cost the people a whopping P10-Billion in total expenses.

How does this compare with Malacanang's 2016 proposed budget for some of its line agencies?

Aside from that of DAR, DoE, and DTI, here are some departments' proposed budgets. Note that this is the PROPOSED budget, not the final budget approved by Congress. The budget proposal for DAR, for instance, was reportedly slashed further to P10.13-B.
