HAPPY 38TH ANNIVERSARY, SWEAP!! 🎉

The Philippine Association of Social Workers, Inc. - Baguio City Chapter joins the Social Welfare Employees Association of the Philippines (SWEAP) in celebrating 38 years of service, solidarity, and steadfast commitment to the welfare of social welfare and development workers.

For nearly four decades, SWEAP has served as an important collective voice of employees advancing workers’ welfare, dignity, participation, and the continuing pursuit of a more responsive and accountable public service.

A Message from SWEAP Supporters
On the 38th Anniversary of SWEAP

Happy 38th Anniversary to the Social Welfare Employees Association of the Philippines! ❤️💙✊

Today, we celebrate an organization that has stood for solidarity, service, and advocacy for nearly four decades. Beyond its programs and initiatives, SWEAP represents the power of collective action that when workers stand together, their voices become stronger and their aspirations become a shared mission.

As supporters of SWEAP, we stand with its continuing journey of promoting the welfare, dignity, and recognition of public sector workers. We honor the dedication of every member, leader, and advocate who has contributed to building an organization rooted in service and commitment.

The story of SWEAP is a story of people — those who serve, those who speak up, and those who continue to believe that a better public service begins with valuing the people behind it.

May SWEAP continue to inspire unity, strengthen partnerships, and champion meaningful advocacies for generations to come.

Congratulations, SWEAP, on 38 years of unwavering commitment!!

Here’s to a stronger SWEAP and a continued journey of solidarity, service, and advocacy. Padayon!! ✊❤️💙
