Mission mobilization is a large, complex, multi-faceted entity, with many types of leaders involved. We have generally lacked awareness of just how many leaders are in the category of “mission mobilizer.” Not all are the same. Some focus on particular functions while other mobilizer types are engaged in other areas altogether. It is necessary to identify the wide variety of mobilizer roles.

It is necessary to distinguish between reached and unreached peoples. Yes, there are many unbelievers around the world. Yet not all unbelievers are ‘unreached’ peoples. An unreached or least-reached people is a people group (sharing similar culture - beliefs, values, and behaviors - language, religion, ancestry) among which the indigenous community of believing Christians is too small (less than 2% of their population) to evangelize their own people without outside assistance.

Some Christians feel as if we to re-define who the church is and what it's supposed to do.

But God hasn't given us that responsibility.

He himself has defined those things in his Word.
