ILOCOS TOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

• From Manila - Ilocos - Manila (Air Conditioned NV350 Van, Air Conditioned Toyota Hi-Ace/ Grandia Van or Tourist bus depending on the number of guests), gas and toll fees are all included.
• Departure is every Thursday night.
• Pick up locations: Caltex in front of Trinoma Mall (10pm) or Mall of Asia SMX parking lot (8pm).
(ACCOMMODATION)
• Includes 3 days and 2 nights stay.

TERMS AND CONDITION
RESERVATION:
1. Reservations are subject to availability.
2. Call / message us for booking and reservation.
3. Clients are responsible to review the package inclusions and terms prior to purchasing the package deal.
4. Please call/ message WWC Travel and Tours for accurate information regarding tour package and inclusions.
5. Reservation fee of 500php must be made 2 weeks or earlier before the travel date and is not refundable (which will be deducted from the total remaining amount of the package price).
6. Full payment must be made 1 week before the travel date.
7. Travel voucher will be sent thru email as confirmation of your booking.
8. Guests must guarantee that they don't have any serious medical illness/ conditions such as heart problems, orthopedic problems, etc. unless recommended by a licensed doctor.
9. All guests are advised to travel lite. One bag per guest. No trolleys allowed.
10. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable but are transferable or can be re-scheduled.
11. Optional activity fees are not included in the travel package.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Guests must present their voucher and copy of deposit slip/ proof of payment to our tour coordinators upon arrival on the departure day.
14. Failure to book within booking period will consider voucher as invalid.
CANCELLATION
1. Non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Travel dates are subject to change due to any weather changes/ conditions.
3. The company has the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of guests are not met.
4. Cancellation/ Re-scheduling or any changes on the confirmed bookings shall be made 1 week prior to travel dates. Otherwise, voucher will be forfeited.
