LTFRB's requiring mandatory membership in any cooperative as a prerequisite to owners franchising of their public utility vehicles is a direct violation of a citizen's right to choose what kind of association and when to join as guaranteed by the constitution.

To all members, updates on LTFRB relations re problems encountered at work pls. post so we can be of help and be updated on our affairs. This maybe of help to our associates.
