Kunwari ma impeach si VP Sara sa Congress ito ang mga next possibilities…
Scenario 1:
Maaaring hindi siya i-convict ng Senate.
Bakit? Dahil may mga senador na tatakbo ulit sa 2028, at baka matakot silang magalit ang milyon-milyong supporters ni VP Sara.
What if may “under-the-table deals,” pressure, o political threats para maitulak ang conviction at ma impeach talaga si VP Sara para madisqualify na tumakbo as President?
Kung mangyari iyon, may next possible move sa chessboard but must be done earlier.
Scenario 2:
Kung mag-resign si Sara Duterte bilang VP bago matapos ang proseso, mawawala ang impeachment — dahil wala nang opisyal na tatanggalin sa puwesto.
Ibig sabihin, hindi na rin maipapataw ang disqualification.
Scenario 3:
Kunwari kakasuhan siya pagkatapos niyang magresign pa rin para madisqualify
Pero sa batas ng Pilipinas, akusasyon lang ‘yan — hangga’t walang final conviction, puwede pa rin tumakbo.
At sa Pilipinas, ang final conviction sa court puwedeng umabot ng 5–10 taon o higit pa, dahil dadaan pa sa appeals hanggang sa Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Sa madaling sabi:
✔ Resign
✔ Kasuhan
✔ Pero walang final conviction
Puwede pa rin tumakbo sa pagka-Presidente.
Sa politika, parang chess — maraming galaw, maraming strategy.
Pero sa huli, checkmate lang ang tunay na katapusan. ♟️
VP Sara Duterte malinaw na Presidente sa 2028 kahit ano pang script gawin niyo.
