Join our Basic Life Support Training this October 19 at 1 PM at the Damar Function Hall.

In cooperation with the Office of Councilor Joseph Juico, this session will teach essential life-saving techniques under the Restart a Heart PH-Life program.

This will take place on October 10 at 8 AM in the morning!

• There will be free HIV testing onsite with full privacy and confidentiality of the result
• Condoms for a preventive and healthy sexual practices
• Free stress balls to combat stress and anxiety. 🏀🏀
• Free lunch for the seminar attendees 🥘
