Communication Electronics and Information Systems Service,
Armed Forces of the Philippines (CEISSAFP)

A support unit of AFPGHQ that provides communications, electronics and information systems services and facilities for the effective command, control and administration of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

An innovative and dynamic Command that provide a reliable, responsive, secure and cost effective CEIS services and facilities for the effective command, control and administration of the AFP.

Its function are the following:
► Operate & maintain the AFP Fixed Communications Systems.
► Provide other C-E services to GHQ-AFP, Unified Commands & other AFPWSSUs.
► Operates and maintain the Camp Aguinaldo Local & AFP Wide Area Network.

Capabilities:
1. Establish, operate and maintain Strategic and Tactical Communication Facilities
2. Establish, operate and maintain Computer Networks
3. Develop CEIS Software requirements for the AFP
4. Provide various CEIS services such as Public Address Systems, Audio Visual and others
5. Conduct CEIS and other Human Resource Development Training
6. Provide Signal Intelligence and Electronics Warfare Capabilities thru Signal Processing
7. Provide Maintainnance for CEIS facilities and equipment to include calibration of Test Equipment
8. Perform other task as directed
