Incident: Fire Incident

Details:
On March 6, 2026, Task Force Bravo responded to a fire incident along NIA Road, Quezon City. Upon arrival, UERT Medic attended to one female victim who was complaining of chest pain and possible smoke inhalation caused by the fire.

Initial assessment and first aid were provided on site. The victim was monitored for breathing difficulty and other symptoms related to smoke inhalation.

Action Taken:
• Provided initial medical assessment
• Administered first aid
• Monitored the victim’s condition during the response

Status: Situation handled on site by responding personnels mickey torres, vince andrabado and mj dela passion.

Stubbing incident @ construction site

Action Taken:
First aid was provided, and the worker was brought to Quezon City General Hospital for medical evaluation.

Feast of our lady of Lourdes

A person fell at a building construction site and sustained injuries. First aid was promptly given.

A vehicular accident involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck occurred along D. Tuazon, Sta. Catalina St. The incident was properly responded to and turned over to Barangay Maharlika for further action and documentation.

Hit-and-run incident along Del Monte Ave.
Victim was given first aid and brought to an orthopedic for further treatment.
