IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

DEAR PARTNERS,

Please be informed and be aware about the spreading RUMOR that the inventor is no longer connected with COSMIC. This rumor is NOT TRUE, since the inventor was signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which means that he is bound with Cosmic until year 2026 as quoted below:

“The arrangements made by the Partners by this Memorandum shall remain in place from June, 2016 until May, 2026. The term can be extended only by agreement of all the Partners.” (MOU Article 7, Section 3, under Terms).

The MOU extends to the provisions where the inventor is NOT ALLOWED to grant right on all his inventions to others locally and internationally as per MOU Article 4, under Cooperation, paragraph (h) and (i).

(h) “RCG (inventor) grant rights and exclusivity to SCF (Cosmic), on all his inventions and patents mentioned above; sourcing project funding from lenders and INVESTORS; product selling, commercial marketing and distribution, both locally and internationally.”

(i) “RCG (inventor) may not, directly or indirectly, grant any rights under the Invention and/the Assigned Patent Rights to a third party or otherwise commercialize Invention and/ or Assigned Patents Rights (including without limitation licensing, sale, transfer or assignment of the of the Invention and/or Assigned Patent Rights to a third party, without the approval or express written consent of SCF (Cosmic).

The clarity of the aforementioned provisions from MOU between the Inventor and the Cosmic, we strongly believe that we are in the position to file case or lawsuit to those who are spreading the RUMOR.
