Day 2 Morning Panel Discussion - Transforming Institutions, Laws, Resources, and Collaborations

The panelists discussed platforms that are essentially to re-think institutional designs and practices. Platform-thinking approach focuses on enablers (institutions, resources, laws) that can support the repetition of small successes.

The panelists are Atty. Angelito Aguila, Director of Policy Development of the Legislation and Special Projects Group of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council; Jude Esguerra, Policy Adviser, Office of Senator Risa Hontiveros; Erika Fille Legara from the Asian Institute of Management; and Thomas Hagedorn of the Cities Development Initiative for Asia/ German Development Cooperation.
