📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
To all Provident Fund Loan Applicants:
We are pleased to announce that the PNP Provident Fund Salary Loan, Educational Loan, and Birthday Loan are now available and will resume starting March 9, 2026 (Monday).
These loan programs are open to all active PNP members with permanent appointment who are not retiring within the loan payment term.
📚 Educational Loan Requirement:
Applicants must submit a Proof of Enrollment of the member or their immediate family member.
💰 Loan Terms:
• Maximum Amount: Php100,000.00
• Interest Rate: 5% per annum
• Payment Term: Up to 36 months
For inquiries and assistance, please coordinate with the PNP Provident Fund Office in your respective PRO and NHQ PF Branch.

The allocation highlights the PNPPF’s continued commitment, under its Corporate Social Responsibility mandate, to support programs that directly benefit PNP personnel and their families. The fund will help sustain the educational needs of their dependents, ensuring continued access to quality education.

LOOK: The Philippine National Police (PNP), through the PNP Provident Fund (PNPPF), turned over a check amounting to PhP 20,078,700.24 to the PNP Comprehensive Educational Assistance Program (PCEAP) on February 23, 2026, at Camp Crame, Quezon City.
The allocation highlights the PNPPF’s continued commitment, under its Corporate Social Responsibility mandate, to support programs that directly benefit PNP personnel and their families. The ceremonial turnover was led by PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., Chief, PNP, together with PMGEN Westrimundo D. Obinque, TDC/Chairman, PNPPF, and PBGEN Jaime B. Cadatal, DDC/President, PNPPF. They were assisted by PMGEN Constancio T. Chinayog Jr.; PBGEN Marlou Roy V. Alzate, Director, Finance Service; and NUP Divinia G. Partosa, General Manager, PNPPF. Also present were PLTGEN Edgar Alan Okubo, Deputy Chief for Operations, and PMGEN Neri Vincent D. Ignacio, Acting Chief of the Directorial Staff, demonstrating the strong backing of the PNP Command Group for morale and welfare initiatives.
The initiative aligns with the PNP Focused Agenda, particularly its priority on Morale and Welfare, which strengthens institutional support systems and enhances the well-being of personnel and their families.
