PUBLIC STATEMENT ON MA*****NA SALE AND USE IN STA. MONICA, NOVALICHES

In line with our commitment to maintaining peace and order in the community, the Philippine National Police – Novaliches Station has received verified reports regarding the illegal sale and use of ma*****na in Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches.

Under Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), ma*****na remains classified as a prohibited substance, and its sale, use, and possession are punishable by law. We take this issue seriously and are working diligently to address the situation.

Ongoing Operations
Our dedicated units are actively conducting surveillance and intelligence-gathering operations to identify individuals and groups involved in the illegal drug trade. These operations will be conducted with the utmost respect for human rights and will ensure that due process is followed at all times.

Manhunt Operations
The PNP has compiled a list of individuals suspected of being involved in the illegal sale and use of ma*****na. These individuals have been identified through legitimate intelligence operations and are now subject to active manhunt operations. The names of these individuals will not be publicly disclosed at this time to avoid compromising ongoing investigations. However, rest assured that the PNP is working around the clock to bring these individuals to justice.
