Last 21 November 2025, the DDB-EU, in partnership with DDB Management, held a heartwarming tradition of sharing kape at pandesal, fondly dubbed 𝓚đ“Ē𝓹𝓲𝓱đ“Ē𝓷 đ“ŧđ“Ē 𝓓𝓓𝓑, in celebration of the 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week.

This simple yet meaningful gesture served as a token of gratitude to the dedicated men and women of the Agency who continue to advance our advocacy of building healthy and safe communities for all.

The wait is finally over! The Dangerous Drugs Board Employees' Union (DDB-EU) is proud to present the signed and notarized Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between DDB Management and DDB-EU. We extend our gratitude to the DDB's Executive Director V, Undersecretary Earl P. Saavedra, CESO I, and all dedicated members of the DDB Management for their support and commitment to fostering a positive, healthy, and stable work environment.

This four-year CNA (2024-2027) introduces various initiatives and programs that seek to safeguard employees' rights and benefits aiming to promote transparency, fairness, and trust.
