A meaningful day of learning was conducted as the 33rd Mechanized Infantry Company, 3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion, Armor Division, Philippine Army held its Mental Health Seminar for its personnel. The activity aimed to strengthen morale and promote the overall welfare of the unit as it continues to face operational challenges and personal struggles among its members.

Ms. Nina Ricci L. Ocbina, MA, RPm, RPsy, from the Office of the Surgeon General, served as the resource speaker. The seminar was highly participative, with personnel openly sharing their experiences, fostering a supportive and understanding environment within the unit.

Throughout the lecture, a key phrase was emphasized repeatedly as a guide in managing anxieties: “Enjoy your life, do your job, and make it simple.”
