STATEMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

The Cabinet strongly objects to the recent spins coming from certain members of the House of Representatives who are thereby attempting to shift the blame for their own corruption and failures onto the Executive Branch.

The Members of the Cabinet will not tolerate any attack on the integrity and reputation of the Executive Branch, and any effort to hold the budget process hostage by political theatrics.

All our investigations into the anomalies will be futile if the sources of corruption remain unchecked. Hence, we urge the House of Representatives to heed the demand of the people for full accountability: CLEAN YOUR HOUSE FIRST!

Tupi, South Cotabato | The Department of Social Welfare and Development field Office 12 through the National Household Targeting Section and 4Ps RPMO in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Tupi and Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), promotes i-Registro web portal a digital platform designed to improve the registration and monitoring of First 1000 Days (F1KD) beneficiaries in the community, this day May 19, 2025.

The F1KD program, which focuses on providing essential health, nutrition, and early childhood interventions from a child’s conception up to two years of age, now receives a major digital boost through this innovation.

Jonas Andrade, Information Officer of National Household Targeting Section, said that the i-Registro portal aims to simplify data collection, make tracking more efficient, and ensure that no mother or child is left behind.

“With i-Registro, our BHWs can easily input, update, and access real-time information on F1KD beneficiaries directly through their mobile phones or tablets,” Mr. Andrade said. “This helps us deliver services more efficiently and enables the LGU to plan programs based on accurate and timely data.”

Through the commitment of the LGU and the tireless work of the BHWs, the i-Registro system is expected to significantly enhance health service delivery, reduce paperwork, and empower frontline workers with technology.

MSWDO Head Ms. Rosemin C. Catubig expressed strong support for the initiative, highlighting it as a step forward in the municipality’s digital transformation agenda and a testament to its commitment to maternal and child health.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: During the series of community assemblies and Family Development Session (FDS) of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries in Cebu City, the staff of National Household Targeting Sections (NHTS) continued the i-Registro orientation on the F1KD implementations through the iregistro-4ps.dswd.gov.ph web portal.

Further, the team also campaigned the Tamang Tulong sa Tamang Impormasyon (3Ti) during these activities.

𝐓𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍: Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagtutok ng DSWD Field Office XI sa kalusugan at kapakanan ng mga benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), nagsagawa ang Ahensya, sa ilalim ng National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR), ng oryentasyon ukol sa i-Registro para sa mga miyembro ng City Advisory Council (CAC) ng Digos City, Davao del Sur noong Abril 24, 2025.

Layunin ng aktibidad na magbigay ng kaalaman at pinakabagong updates sa LGU Digos at iba’t ibang ahensya ng lungsod hinggil sa i-Registro.
Dinaluhan ito ng mga kinatawan mula sa City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), Public Employment Service Office (PESO), at Department of Education (DepEd).

Sa kasalukuyan, umabot na sa 521 transaksyon ang naitala sa i-Registro, na patunay ng aktibong partisipasyon ng mga benepisyaryo sa rehiyon.
Ang i-Registro at F1KD sa 4Ps ay isang digital at self-service platform para lamang sa mga 4Ps beneficiaries. Mayroon itong web portal na nagbibigay-daan sa mga buntis at may anak na 0–2 taong gulang na 4Ps household-beneficiaries na i-update ang kanilang impormasyon.

Ito ay isang makabago at alternatibong paraan upang mapabilis ang pag-update ng datos sa Pantawid Pamilya Information System (PPIS), na mahalaga sa maayos na pagpapatupad ng First 1,000 Days (F1KD) conditional cash grant.

Patuloy ang panawagan ng DSWD XI sa lahat ng 4Ps beneficiaries na gamitin ang i-Registro upang i-update ang kanilang impormasyon.

TINGNAN: Marilao, Bulacan - Abril 30, 2025. Isinagawa ang isang makabuluhang oryentasyon para sa mga benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) na nakatuon sa kahalagahan ng First 1,000 Days of Life (F1KD) at kampanyang Tamang Tulong sa Tamang Impormasyon (3TI). Ang nasabing aktibidad ay partikular na inilaan para sa mga target beneficiaries. Dinaluhan ito ng 50 grantees, 43 sa kanila ay may anak na edad 0–24 buwang gulang, at 7 ay mga buntis.

Pinangunahan ni G. Alvin F. Santiago, Focal ng Family Development Session (FDS) mula sa DSWD Field Office III, tinalakay ang kampanyang Tamang Tulong sa Tamang Impormasyon upang itaguyod ang wastong daloy ng impormasyon sa hanay ng mga benepisyaryo. Ipinakilala rin niya ang mga opisyal na pages ng DSWD at 4Ps bilang mga opisyal na plataporma ng ahensya para sa tamang impormasyon, bukas na komunikasyon, at inspirasyon. Layunin nitong mapigilan ang pagkalat ng maling balita o fake news na maaaring makaapekto sa benepisyaryo.

Bukod dito, ibinahagi rin ni G. Santiago ang mahahalagang impormasyon hinggil sa First 1,000 Days of Life (F1KD, isang kritikal na yugto ng buhay ng bata na may malaking epekto sa kanilang kalusugan at kinabukasan. Kabilang din sa mga nagsalita ay ang mga kawani mula sa National Household Targeting Section (NHTS). Hinikayat nila ang mga benepisyaryong buntis o may anak na 0–2 buwang gulang na agad i-update ang kanilang personal na impormasyon sa pamamagitan ng i-Registro online web portal.

Ang i-Registro ay isang makabagong inisyatibo ng DSWD na naglalayong mapabilis at mapadali ang pag-update ng datos ng mga benepisyaryo, lalo na ngayong ipinatutupad na ang pinalawak na F1KD cash grants.

Bilang bahagi ng aktibidad, namahagi rin ng mga kits ang DSWD at Department of Health (DOH) para sa mga benepisyaryo, bilang suporta sa kanilang mga pangunahing pangangailangan.

Ang buong aktibidad ay matagumpay na naisakatuparan sa pangunguna ng DSWD Field Office III, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Municipal Action Team (MAT) ng Marilao, Bulacan.
