The Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command (๐€๐…๐๐‘๐„๐’๐‚๐Ž๐Œ) was formally organized and activated on ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ‘ under ๐†๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐Ž๐ซ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐จ. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ, ๐†๐‡๐, ๐€๐…๐, pursuant to the provisions of ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐€๐œ๐ญ ๐๐จ. ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•, also known as the ๐‘ช๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’›๐’†๐’ ๐‘จ๐’“๐’Ž๐’†๐’… ๐‘ญ๐’๐’“๐’„๐’†๐’” ๐’๐’‡ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ท๐’‰๐’Š๐’๐’Š๐’‘๐’‘๐’Š๐’๐’†๐’” ๐‘น๐’†๐’”๐’†๐’“๐’—๐’Š๐’”๐’• ๐‘จ๐’„๐’• ๐’๐’‡ 1991. Its mission is to ๐’…๐’†๐’—๐’†๐’๐’๐’‘, ๐’”๐’–๐’”๐’•๐’‚๐’Š๐’ ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’Ž๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’ˆ๐’† the Technical and Administrative Service Reserve Group (๐“๐€๐’๐‘๐†) as well as the Affiliated Reserve Units (๐€๐‘๐”๐ฌ). QUEZON CITY | 03 October 2026 โ€” The Reserve Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines (RESCOM, AFP) reinforced the administrative and operational capabilities of its eight (8) Technical Administrative Service (TAS) Reserve Units through the Signing of the Deed of Donation and Turn-over of Office Equipment held at Headquarters, RESCOM, AFP.
During the activity, Commander, RESCOM, AFP formally turned-over essential office equipment to the eight (8) TAS Reserve Units, with each unit receiving a printer, desktop computer, router, executive table, visitor chairs, steel filing cabinet, and multifunctional folding table.
The turnover forms part of the Commandโ€™s continuing efforts to strengthen the organizational and administrative capacity of its TAS Reserve Units, providing them with essential resources to facilitate efficient office operations and effectively perform their mandated functions in support of the Reserve Force.
The initiative further underscores RESCOM, AFPโ€™s commitment to develop a capable, responsive, and mission-ready Reserve Force in support of the AFPโ€™s Total Force Concept

QUEZON CITY | 05 October 2026 โ€” The Reserve Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines (RESCOM, AFP) held the Blessing and Unveiling of Enhanced Facilities held at Headquarters RESCOM, AFP.
The activity commenced with an invocation led by ๐‹๐“๐‚ ๐’๐€๐‹๐•๐€๐ƒ๐Ž๐‘ ๐† ๐‚๐€๐‘๐ˆร‘๐Ž ๐‚๐‡๐’ (๐‘๐„๐’)
at the Command Lobby, followed by the blessing of the offices and facilities.
The enhanced facilities included the following offices: OJRS1; GAD/Civilian Human Resource (Civ HR); OJRS10; OJRS4; Office of the Command Adjutant (OCA); General Staff Management Office (GSMO); OJRS5; Headquarters Support Group (HSG); OJRS3; Office of the Chief of Staff Management (OCSM); OJRS2; OJRS7; Command Section; and TAS Reserve.
Also, the activity featured the unveiling of the newly enhanced Rizal Hall and Lapu-Lapu Hall which provide improved and more functional spaces for conferences, official engagements, meetings, and other Command activities.
The facility enhancement reflects RESCOM, AFPโ€™s continuing efforts to provide a more functional and conducive working environment for effective delivery of its mission and services.
The activity concluded with the blessing of personnel and photo opportunity.

The training focused on foundational doctrine, organizational structure, and operational processes โ€” equipping TAS Reservist to execute duties with greater proficiency in direct support of the TAS Reserve and the AFP Total Force.
