Isang 52-anyos na lalaki, magsasaka, at residente ng Barangay Dominga, Calinan District, Davao City na sangkot sa pagpatay ang naaresto ng Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) sa isang operasyon sa nasabing lugar, bandang alas-11:15 ng umaga noong Oktubre 21,2026.

Isinagawa ang operasyon ng mga tauhan ng AKG Mindanao Field Unit (MFU) Davao Satellite Office, katuwang ang Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) sa pagpatupad ng warrant of arrest laban sa suspek kaugnay ng kasong Murder sa ilalim ng Criminal Case No.98-009, na inilabas noong Hulyo 25, 2019 ng Regional Trial Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 18, Midsayap, Cotabato, na walang itinakdang piyansa.

Pansamantalang nasa kustodiya ng Davao City Police Office ang naturang suspek habang ininasagawa ang kaukulang proseso sa pagbabalik ng warrant of arrest sa korteng nag-isyu nito.

Arestado ng Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) ang isang indibidwal na pinaghahanap ng batas kaugnay ng 6 counts ng paglabag sa Republic Act No. 9262 o Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, sa isang intelligence-driven police operation sa Barangay 1C, Quezon, Bukidnon, dakong alas-11:00 ng umaga noong Oktubre 21, 2026.

Isinagawa ang operasyon ng PNP AKG Mindanao Field Unit–Iligan Satellite Office matapos ang mga hakbang sa pangangalap ng impormasyon upang matukoy ang kinaroroonan at maaresto ang nasabing indibidwal.

Ang pag-aresto ay isinagawa sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 45, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, noong Agosto 14, 2026. Ang anim na kasong kinahaharap ng akusado ay may kabuuang inirekomendang piyansa na nagkakahalaga ng Apat na raan at tatlumpu't dalawang libong piso lamang o PhP432,000.00.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng PNP AKG MFU ang akusado habang hinihintay ang pagsasauli ng warrant of arrest sa hukuman na naglabas nito.

Arestado ng mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) ang isang 45-anyos na ginang na wanted person dahil sa kasong Adultery sa isinagawang operasyon sa Bualan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte, ng noong Oktubre 21, 2026, bandang alas 9:55 ng umaga.

Isinagawa ang operasyon ng mga tauhan ng AKG Mindanao Field Unit (MFU) katuwang ang Police Regional Office 9 (PRO 9) sa pagpapatupad ng Warrant of Arrest laban sa nasabing suspek.

Ang warrant ay inisyu ng 9th Judicial Region, Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), Branch 1, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, noong Nobyembre 6, 2008 sa kasong Adultery na may Criminal Case No. 35369 na may inirekomendang piyansa na PhP12,000.00

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa kustodiya ng AKG MFU ang naarestong wanted person habang isinasagawa ang kaukulang proseso para sa pagbabalik ng Warrant of Arrest sa korte na nag-isyu nito.

Scammers can use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create fake videos or imitate the voice of company executives to deceive employees into transferring money or disclosing confidential information.

βœ…Do not share personal or confidential information, such as OTPs, account details, passwords, and other sensitive data.

Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City β€” The Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) arrested the Ranked No. 6 AKG Most Wanted Person during an intelligence-driven operation in Santa Maria, Isabela, on October 20, 2026.

The operation was conducted by PNP AKG Luzon Field Unit, in coordination with the Police Regional Office 2 and Intelligence Group with the assistance of the Directorate for Intelligence.

The arrested person faces charges for Kidnapping for Ransom with Homicide, victimizing a Chinese national on May 2025 docketed under Criminal Case No. 11166, and violation of the Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016, docketed under Criminal Case No. 11167, pursuant to warrants of arrest issued by Honorable Marivic Cudilla Vitor, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 266, Taguig City, dated March 5, 2026, with no bail recommended for both offenses.

Pinuri ni Chief Philippine National Police, PGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ, JR ang PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP AKG) sa pamumuno ni PBGEN EDWIN C BALLES, sa matagumpay at tuloy-tuloy na operasyon laban sa kidnapping for ransom (KFR) sa bansa.

Ayon kay PGEN NARTATEZ, 5 na dayuhang biktima ang nasagip ng PNP AKG noong Septyembre 2026, habang 15 hinihinalang sangkot sa mga pagdukot ang natukoy na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng siyam na suspeks. Ang mga naturang suspeks ay kinabibilangan ng 2 na Pilipino at iba pang foreigners.

Mula Setyembre 25 hanggang 29, 2026 nagsagawa ang PNP AKG ng magkakaugnay na operasyon sa iba't ibang bahagi ng bansa, kabilang ang mga syudad ng Tagaytay, Makati, at ParaΓ±aque. Ang maigting na operasyon at kolaborasyon sa iba pang ahensya ng gobyerno ay nagdulot ng matagumpay na pagkakaaresto ng mga suspeks kaugnay ng kaso ng kidnapping for ransom, ligtas na pagsagip sa mga biktima, at ang pagsampa ng kaukulang reklamo laban sa mga naarestong suspeks.

Binigyang-diin ni PGEN Nartatez ang patuloy na pagsisikap ng PNP na tugisin ang mga sangkot sa kidnapping at tiyakin ang kaligtasan ng mga biktima.

Isinagawa ang operasyon ng mga tauhan ng AKG Visayas Field Unit (VFU)-Iloilo Satellite Office, katuwang ang Police Regional Office 6 (PRO 6) sa pagpapatupad ng Warrant of Arrest laban sa nasabing akusado.

Ang warrant ay inisyu ng Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 66, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, noong Oktubre 16, 2026 sa kasong may kaugnayan sa paglabag sa Section 5(b) ng Republic Act No. 7610 o Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act na may Criminal Case No. 13371 na may inirekomendang piyansa na PhP200,000.00.

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa kustodiya ng Police Regional Office 6 (PRO 6) ang naarestong wanted person habang isinasagawa ang kaukulang proseso para sa pagbabalik ng Warrant of Arrest sa korte na nag-isyu nito.
