Note: Applicants who already have an existing Dental Panoramic X-ray results are no longer required to undergo the procedure, provided that they submit the said result to the Office of the Health Service. Likewise, applicants who have previous medical or dental compliance documents must present their corresponding medical or dental certificate or clearance.

To all Fire Officer 1 (FO1) applicants scheduled to undergo the Physical Agility Test (PAT) tomorrow, 03 December 2025, please be advised that bringing of any plastic bottle drink is strictly prohibited as per Quezon City Ordinance (Executive Order No. 3 Series of 2025) within the Quezon City Hall building and other city-owned facilities starting 21 April 2025.

Only reusable water container/tumbler will be allowed.
