OPERATIONS MANAGER
✔️Bachelor's degress in life science course (Pharmacy, Nursing, MedTech, Biology, etc.)
✔️Previous experience (comparable to 5+years) in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with responsibilities revolving counseling or providing medical information to include leadership experience (comparable to at least 1 year)
✔️Preferably with contact center management experience
