✨ QC ELEVATED PROMENADE ✨
Connecting green spaces, connecting people — for a greener and more sustainable Quezon City. 🌿

The newly constructed Elevated Promenade along Elliptical Road serves as a vital link between Quezon City’s two largest green spaces — the Quezon Memorial Circle (QMC) and the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center (NAPWC).

Its landscape design showcases lush plantings, ambient lighting, and intricate paving patterns, all centered around a striking sculptural pergola that provides shade and a perfect spot to pause and enjoy the city views — both during the day and at night.

This project fosters a seamless connection of green open spaces, promoting leisure, wellness, and environmental sustainability for the benefit of park-goers, commuters, and QCitizens.

The promenade was designed by the QC Government's inhouse team of Landscape Architects, Architects and Engineers from the Parks Development and Administration Department (PDAD), City Architect Department (CArD), while the implementation was spearheaded by the City Engineering Department (CED) and PDAD.

🌿 Quezon City Garden Festival 2025 🏵️

Matagumpay na idinaos noong Oktubre 25, 2025 ang Quezon City Garden Festival, tampok ang food at plant stalls, garden exhibits, at plenary talks hinggil sa park development, disaster risk reduction and management, at culture and heritage tourism ng lungsod.

QUEZON CITY GARDEN FESTIVAL 2025 🏵️🪴

Iniimbitahan ang lahat ng QCitizens, park lovers, at plant enthusiasts na makiisa sa Garden Festival 2025 na gaganapin sa Sabado, ika-25 ng Oktubre 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM sa Quezon City Hall Park and Lagoon.

Layunin ng Quezon City Garden Festival na itaguyod ang community greening, landscape at horticultural appreciation, at magbigay ng dagdag na kaalaman sa publiko tungkol sa urban greening at sustainability.

Subaybayan ang mga tampok na food stalls, plant stalls, at garden exhibits sa Quezon City Hall Park and Lagoon.

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng 86th Founding Anniversary ng Lungsod Quezon, isinagawa ang isang tree planting activity sa Payatas Controlled Disposal Facility (PCDF) noong Oktubre 18, 2025.

Ang aktibidad ay isinagawa sa pakikipagtulungan ng Parks Development and Administration Department (PDAD) sa Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department (CCESD), kasama ang mga katuwang na organisasyong J. Amado Araneta Foundation, Inner Wheel Club 378, Systemantech Inc., DA-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards, St. Mary's School of Quezon City, Rotary Club, Sta. Clara International, at Eagles Club.

Bilang suporta sa 1 Million Trees Program ng lungsod, may kabuuang 200 punla ng mga punong-kahoy ang itinanim sa Payatas Controlled Disposal Facility (PCDF) sa naturang tree planting activity. 🌱
