🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, USEC. ALEXANDER “ALEX” B. RAQUEPO! 🎂

On this special day, the Philippine Cooperative Movement and COOP-NATCCO Partylist extend our warmest greetings and heartfelt appreciation to our dear CDA Chairperson, Usec. Alexander “Alex” B. Raquepo.

More than four decades of your life have been devoted to the cooperative movement—a journey marked by service, leadership, humility, and an unwavering belief in the power of cooperation to transform communities and improve the lives of ordinary Filipinos.

From your years of grassroots involvement and leadership in cooperatives to your service as a cooperative leader, advocate, and now Chairperson of the Cooperative Development Authority, you have consistently demonstrated that true leadership is not about position, but about service, solidarity, and empowering others.

We especially appreciate your continuing efforts to make the CDA more responsive to the needs of cooperatives and their members, your advocacy for good governance and financial literacy, your support for greater youth participation, and your call for stronger collaboration and unity within the cooperative movement.

Your leadership reminds us that cooperativism is more than an economic model—it is a way of building communities, creating opportunities, promoting dignity, and ensuring that no one is left behind.

As COOP-NATCCO Partylist, we are grateful for the partnership, friendship, and shared commitment that have strengthened the relationship between the cooperative movement, the CDA, and our legislative efforts for the sector.

May this new year of your life bring you renewed strength, good health, wisdom, and many more meaningful years of service. May you continue to inspire generations of cooperative leaders and members to believe in the enduring power of “One for All and All for One.”

Happy Birthday, Usec. Alex! 🎂🎉

With gratitude and solidarity,
The Philippine Cooperative Sector
