As we celebrate 𝗦𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, we recognize that protecting and enriching our soil is essential in achieving a sustainable and productive coconut industry for future generations.

In line with the directive of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to strengthen the coconut industry through the 100 Million Coconut Trees Planting Project, the Philippine Coconut Authority continues to promote responsible coconut planting and replanting across the country.

Through the 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘆𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻 initiative, millions of Filipinos are encouraged to unite in planting coconut trees while practicing proper soil conservation methods such as organic fertilization, intercropping, and sustainable farming. These efforts help prevent soil erosion, improve farm productivity, and protect the environment.

Every coconut palm planted on healthy soil is a symbol of hope, resilience, and a better future for coconut farmers and their families.

🌴 Sama-samang Hakbang para sa mga Magniniyog 🌴

Nagkaroon ng Coconut Stakeholders Consultative Meeting sa Brgy. IV, Roxas, Palawan bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pakikipag-ugnayan ng Philippine Coconut Authority sa mga magniniyog at stakeholders ng industriya ng niyog.

Sa pagpupulong, tinalakay ang iba’t ibang programa at serbisyong makatutulong sa pagpapalakas ng kabuhayan ng mga coconut farmers at sa pag-unlad ng industriya ng niyog sa lalawigan.

Binigyang-diin din ang kahalagahan ng National Coconut Farmers Registry System (NCFRS) upang mas maraming magniniyog ang magkaroon ng access sa mga benepisyo at suportang mula sa pamahalaan.

Naisagawa ang aktibidad sa tulong at pakikipagtulungan ng tanggapan ni Hon. Rosalie “Mommy Rose” Salvame bilang suporta sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng komunidad ng mga magniniyog sa Palawan. 🌴

🌴 PCA Regional Manager Visits Oil Palm Mill in Brooke’s Point, Palawan 🌴

BROOKE’S POINT, PALAWAN — Bilang bahagi ng mandato ng Philippine Coconut Authority sa pagpapaunlad at pagsubaybay sa mga industriyang may kaugnayan sa niyog at palm oil, nagsagawa ng pagbisita si Dennis D. Andres sa Oil Palm Mill na matatagpuan sa Brgy. Maasin, Brooke’s Point, Palawan noong Mayo 23, 2026.

Layunin ng naturang pagbisita na alamin ang kasalukuyang estado ng industriya ng oil palm sa lalawigan ng Palawan, kabilang ang operasyon ng milling facility, produksyon, at ang kontribusyon nito sa kabuhayan ng mga magsasaka at sa lokal na ekonomiya.

Sa isinagawang pag-iinspeksyon at talakayan kasama ang mga kinatawan ng pasilidad na si Engr. Xavier Bernabe, tinalakay ang iba’t ibang usapin kaugnay ng produksyon, market opportunities, at mga hamon na kinakaharap ng industriya ng oil palm sa rehiyon.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng PCA ang pakikipag-ugnayan at pakikipagtulungan sa iba’t ibang sektor upang mapalakas ang agricultural development at mapabuti ang kabuhayan ng mga magsasaka sa Palawan.
