Together with PCOL JULIUS SAGANDOY, Chief of the District Director’s Direct Staff (CDDS), and PCOL ALBERTO GARCIA, JR., Chief of the District Personnel Records and Management Division (DPRMD), they presided over the Turnover and Assumption of Office Ceremony at Galas Police Station (PS 11), held at the QCPD Conference Room, Camp Karingal, Quezon City.

The ceremony formally marked the assumption of office by PLTCOL MORGAN B AGUILAR, Incoming Station Commander of PS 11, and the relinquishment of command by PLTCOL VIRGILIO M JOPIA, Outgoing Station Commander. This activity underscored the QCPD’s commitment to ensuring a seamless leadership transition and the sustained delivery of effective police service to the people of Quezon City. # #
