The Local Governance Support Program for Local Economic Development (LGSP-LED) is an eight-year (2008-2016) cooperation program of the Governments of Canada and the Philippines. It is implemented by a consortium of the Canadian Urban Institute (CUI) and the Colleges and Institutes Canada as Canadian Executing Agency (CEA).
