ANNOUNCEMENT:
For Grade 7 students aspiring to be the next Grade 7 representative of the SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT:
I. Candidate for Grade 7 Representatives must:
- Have a Good Academic Standing (85% and above final average in Elementary)
-Have a Good Moral Character and
-Have not been subjected to any disciplinary action.

II.Candidates must submit the following documents between June 17-18,2019 at the SSG office:
-Certificate of candidacy (COC) with full details and signature of your parents allowing you to file your candidacy.
-1x1 id picture with green background
-Photo copy of your report card in grade school.
