𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | BPCA at SSDD's Empowering the Youth for Personal Growth and Community Engagement & Life Skills for the Youth 2026. 👥

Today, the Barangay Pansol Children Association (BPCA) attended the Social Services Development Deparment (SSDD)'s Empowering the Youth for Personal Growth and Community Engagement & Life Skills for the Youth 2026 at Barangay Socorro, District III, Quezon City.

With the help of Barangay Socorro Staff and SSDD resource speakers, the beneficiaries—including the BPCA—developed great life skills, preparedness to handle and lead real-life challenges, and boost their confidence by the end of the workshop. 🤍

Yesterday marks the end of our tutorial sessions for this term🪄! While we take a brief pause, we look forward to resuming our learning sessions next month. 🩷🧡

To wrap up their learning journey for now💫, the Barangay Pansol Children's Association (BPCA) held a mini contest where kids joined activities such as a Math quiz bee and an English spelling bee➕✍🏻. With the support of BPCA members, the event became a fun way to learn and participate.

After the program, the Barangay Pansol Nutrition Council served rice 🍚, ginisang pechay 🥦, egg drop soup 🥚🫳🏻🍲, and banana 🍌. A simple and healthy meal for everyone🌟

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | A BPCA Assessment Contest for Kabataang Pansol
As the Barangay-based Supplemental Feeding Program successfully wrapped up this month, the BPCA conducted a special activity entitled, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘆: 𝗔 𝗕𝗣𝗖𝗔 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹 ✨

This assessment measured the knowledge and learnings of the children throughout the tutoring sessions conducted alongside the feeding program.💖

The activity became a fun and exciting way for the children to showcase what they learned while boosting their confidence and skills 📖🌟

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | BPCA President & BCPC Child Representative at Barangay Children's Association Leadership and Governance Training Seminar and Workshop & Barangay Children's Association Leadership Seminar! 🫯

Today, BPCA President Alma Christina Trillanes and BCPC Child Representative Jarrede Shane Bacalando attended the Barangay Children's Association Leadership and Governance Training Seminar held at the Great Eastern Hotel. 🎗️

The seminar served as an avenue to strengthen leadership skills, enhance governance awareness, and empower young leaders in promoting meaningful participation within the community.

Through this activity, the participants gained valuable knowledge and insights that will further help them become effective advocates for children and youth in the barangay.

Together, they continue to represent the voice of the youth with commitment, responsibility, and passion for service. 🌟

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | The BPCA officers and members are currently facilitating the English Spelling Bee & Math Quiz Bee Competition for the youth of Barangay Pansol.

The venue is filled with energy as participants showcase their knowledge, quick thinking, and confidence in front of their peers. From spelling tricky words to solving math problems under pressure, every kid is giving their best to represent their teams and make their barangay proud.

This competition not only tests what they’ve learned from our past tutorials, but also builds critical thinking, teamwork, and sportsmanship among the Kabataang Pansol.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | The Barangay Pansol Children’s Association is currently conducting “𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘆: A BPCA Assessment Contest for Kabataang Pansol” at Balara Elementary School.

This contest aims to assess if the tutorials by the BPCA were successful and to measure the learnings of the youth from past sessions.

The activity is being hosted by Krishia Marie Fradejas | Vice President and Mark Jacob Semacio | Business Manager.

The program opened with a prayer led by Jared Paborian | Member, followed by opening remarks and an introduction of the organization by Mark Jacob Semacio | Business Manager. We also received an inspiring message from Kapitan Joseph “Jojo” Mahusay.

Through this contest, we aim to celebrate the talents of our youth, test their knowledge from
previous sessions, and encourage continuous learning in a fun and competitive way.

Yesterday was another playful and fun day for the kids at our Children’s Reading and Learning Nook. The space was filled with happy noises and laughter as the children enjoyed the games and learning materials provided. 🎲🖍️

It’s moments like these that remind us why this nook exists — to make learning enjoyable and to give every child a safe space to grow, play, and explore.👧🏼✏️

Yesterday, the Barangay Pansol Children Association (BPCA) held a tutorial and storytelling activity, with the help of BPCA members, to develop the knowledge and skills of Barangay Pansol youth. 👧🏼📚

After the learning activity, the Barangay Pansol Nutrition Council provided a healthy meal of rice 🍚, tinola 🍗, and banana 🍌.

Yesterday, Is an another wonderful day at the Children's Reading & Learning Nook! Inside, the kids fill the space with endless laughter. Every visit brings new friendships, fun moments, and wonderful memories that make our nook even more special.🧚🏼🌠

Seeing the kids enjoy their time together reminds us that this little space is more than just a reading nook — it is a place where smiles bloom and connections are made every day. We hope our kids continue learning and growing while building strong bonds with one another.💫🫂

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 05-26-26 (Monday) - Barangay-based Supplemental Feeding Program 2026

Yesterday, The Barangay Pansol Children Association (BPCA) continues to upgrade the intellect of the Barangay Pansol Youths with a tutorial and a meaningful storytelling. 📚✏️

Prior to the Supplemental Feeding Program, Kagawad Breinard Bautista distributed elementary school uniforms to the beneficiaries. 🏫👔

Afterwards, they were fed by the Barangay Nutrition Council with rice 🍚, squash with string beans 🥘, and banana fruit 🍌 to provide good health for the learners. 💞🥗
