One of our residents recently became a victim of a suspected scam involving an online lending app.

⚠️ PAALALA:
• Do not easily provide your personal information, IDs, passwords, OTPs, or bank/e-wallet details.
• Verify first if the lending app/company is legitimate and authorized before borrowing.
• Be cautious of suspicious links, messages, and offers that promise easy or instant loans.
• If you encounter suspicious transactions, save screenshots and other evidence and report the incident to the proper authorities.

📢 Please share this warning with your family, friends, and neighbors to prevent others from becoming victims.

🚨 DENGUE AWARENESS REMINDER 🚨

Ang pagdami ng kaso ng Dengue ay hindi natin maaaring basta-basta isisi sa Gobyerno o sa mga opisyal ng Barangay.

May responsibilidad din ang bawat isa sa atin, lalo na sa pagpapanatiling malinis ng ating tahanan at kapaligiran. Kung hindi tayo kikilos at maglilinis sa loob at labas ng ating mga bahay, mahihirapan tayong mapigilan ang pagdami ng lamok na maaaring magdala ng Dengue.

❗ Huwag puro sisi—kumilos tayo!
🧹 Linisin ang paligid.
🪣 Itapon o takpan ang mga lalagyan na maaaring pag-ipunan ng tubig.
🏠 Panatilihing malinis ang loob at labas ng bahay.
🤝 Makipagtulungan sa mga programa ng Barangay para sa kalinisan at Dengue prevention.

Ang kaligtasan laban sa Dengue ay responsibilidad nating lahat.
Makiisa, kumilos, at maging bahagi ng solusyon. 💪🦟

📹 CCTV CAMERA INSTALLATION | BARANGAY LOWER STA. CRUZ

The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Lower Sta. Cruz, Ragay, Camarines Sur has successfully installed nine (9) units of CCTV cameras in strategic areas of the barangay.

This initiative aims to strengthen peace and order, public safety, crime prevention, and community security, while helping ensure a safer environment for all residents.

We extend our appreciation to everyone who contributed to the successful implementation of this project. 🤝

Today, the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Lower Sta. Cruz, Ragay, Camarines Sur conducted a Clean-Up Drive along the National Highway and the streets leading to Lower Sta. Cruz Elementary School and PUP-Ragay Campus.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the barangay officials, volunteers from 4Ps,Kalipi and Walang Gutom Benefeciaries who generously shared their time, effort, and energy in making our community cleaner, safer, and more beautiful. 💚👏
