The Municipality of Rizal proudly commends the following barangays for the successful submission of their 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠&𝗘) 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, covering the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) implemented by its Sangguniang Kabataan. ✅

This accomplishment reflects the barangay’s strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and results-based youth governance.

The implemented PPAs are aligned with the 𝗧𝗲𝗻 (𝟭𝟬) 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 under 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟬𝟳𝟰𝟮 (Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015), further strengthened by 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟳𝟲𝟴 institutionalizing the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC).

These ten centers are likewise anchored on and harmonized with the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗦𝗗𝗚𝘀), ensuring that local youth initiatives contribute to global development priorities.
