The LGU Ronda commemorates its 113th Founding Anniversary, a celebration of our town’s history, heritage, and continuing journey as one community.

As part of this meaningful occasion, we also join our faithful in honoring Our Lady of Sorrows, whose feast is celebrated every September 15.

The Holy Mass was graced by Cebu Governor Pam Baricuatro and Board Member Lingling Rozgoni, warmly welcomed by the Ronda LGU headed by Mayor Chantilli Ann Victoria L. Blanco.

The Holy Mass was officiated by Rev. Fr. Daniel Daculan.

📢 RONDA FIESTA 2026 — SAFETY & VENUE REMINDERS

Para sa atong mga Rondahanons ug mga bisita! 🎉❤️

As we celebrate Ronda Fiesta 2026 from September 12–15, 2026 at the Ronda Oval, Palanas, we ask everyone to help us keep the celebration safe, orderly, and enjoyable for all.

📍 VENUE & PARKING REMINDERS

🚫 STRICTLY NO PARKING inside the Ronda Oval.
The Oval is reserved for the event operations, LGU/emergency vehicles, performers, authorized guests, and other designated vehicles only.

🅿️ For spectators and visitors, please use the designated parking areas at the Church Grounds and the Plaza.

🚫 Please observe all NO PARKING signs around the venue and surrounding roads. These areas must remain clear for:

* 🚑 Emergency vehicles
* 🚒 Fire trucks
* 🚓 Police and security operations
* 🚐 Event and response vehicles
* 🚶 Safe movement of pedestrians

⚠️ DO NOT BLOCK ROADWAYS, GATES, ACCESS POINTS, OR EMERGENCY LANES.

🍺🚗 PARA SA MGA MANAN-AW: AYAW PAG-INOM UG PAGDRIVE!

If you plan to drink during the celebration:

DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE. 🚫🍻🚗

👉 Assign a designated driver.
👉 Take a tricycle/taxi/other available transportation.
👉 Ask a sober friend or family member to drive you home.
👉 Never allow an intoxicated person to drive.

A fiesta celebration is not worth risking a life. ❤️

✔️ Keep an eye on children, especially in crowded areas.
✔️ Stay within designated spectator areas.
✔️ Follow instructions from MDRRMO, PNP, BFP, event marshals, and security personnel.
✔️ Keep emergency pathways clear at all times.
✔️ Bring only necessary personal belongings and keep valuables secure.
✔️ Stay hydrated, especially during daytime activities.
✔️ If you feel unwell, seek assistance from the nearest responders or medical personnel.
✔️ In case of an emergency, remain calm and follow the instructions of authorities.

The activity area is divided into designated quadrants and staging areas to help manage the crowd and event operations. Please respect barriers, restricted areas, staging areas, and the performance stage.

Do not enter restricted areas unless authorized.
